Rules for participation in the AIY Creative OS

- Our Principles
The AIY Creative OS is a space for creators, players, builders, and explorers. These Community Guidelines exist to keep it that way. They apply everywhere on the Platform: stations, Marketplace, challenges, teams, messages, profiles, and any content you create or share.
These Guidelines are incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service. Violation may result in enforcement actions up to permanent account termination.
- Be Respectful
Treat other users with basic human decency
No harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or targeted abuse
No hate speech, slurs, or content promoting discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or national origin
No doxxing (sharing others' private information without consent)
No stalking or repeated unwanted contact after being asked to stop
- Be Honest
Do not impersonate other users, brands, or public figures
Do not misrepresent the nature or origin of your content (including undisclosed AI generation)
Do not post fake reviews, inflate metrics, or engage in deceptive practices
Do not spread deliberate misinformation
- Respect IP
Only upload content you own or have rights to use
Give credit where credit is due
Do not rip, repackage, or resell others' work without permission
Respond to DMCA and IP complaints in good faith
- Keep It Safe
No content depicting or promoting violence against real people
No sexually explicit content (a future content rating system may refine this)
No content promoting self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide
No content promoting illegal activity
No malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise Platform security
No content exploiting or endangering minors in any way
- Play Fair
No multi-accounting for reward farming or economy manipulation
No exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage (report them instead)
No using bots or automated tools to game challenges, rankings, or the economy
No colluding to manipulate Marketplace prices, reviews, or visibility
No selling, buying, or trading accounts or virtual items outside the Platform
- Respect the Ecosystem
No spam: repetitive, unsolicited, or irrelevant content across stations
No SEO gaming or keyword stuffing in listings or profiles
No unauthorized commercial promotion or advertising
No data scraping or unauthorized access to Platform systems
- Enforcement Ladder
Violations result in escalating consequences. The severity and speed of escalation depend on the nature of the violation.

- Warning
Content removed. Written warning to account. No further action.
First minor violation (e.g., mild spam, accidental misattribution)
- Temporary Restriction
Feature-specific restriction (e.g., posting, Marketplace, challenges) for 7-30 days.
Repeated minor violations, moderate violations (e.g., harassment, IP infringement)
- Account Suspension
Full account suspension for 30-90 days. FP and economy frozen.
Serious violations, continued behavior after restriction
- Permanent Ban
Account terminated. All virtual items forfeited. IP banned.
Severe violations (threats, exploitation of minors, fraud), repeat offenses at Level 3
AIY reserves the right to skip levels for severe violations. Content involving child safety, credible threats of violence, or illegal activity may result in immediate permanent ban and referral to law enforcement.
- Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may appeal within 14 days by emailing [TO BE FILLED IN: appeals@artisyummy.com]. Include your username and the reason you believe the action was incorrect. Appeals are reviewed by a team member who was not involved in the original decision. We respond to appeals within 10 business days. The appeal decision is final.
- Reporting
To report a violation, use the report button on any content, profile, or listing, or email [TO BE FILLED IN: safety@artisyummy.com]. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours. We do not reveal the identity of reporters to the reported user.
- Changes
We may update these Guidelines as the Platform evolves. Significant changes are communicated via Platform notification. The current version is always available at [domain]/legal/community.
