- Commitment
Art Is Yummy, LLC is committed to making the AIY Creative Operating System accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. Creativity should be available to everyone.
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
- Conformance Status
Current status: Partially Conformant. The Platform meets many WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, but some areas are still being improved. We are conducting ongoing accessibility audits and prioritizing remediation.

Arcade: configurable timing; alternative interaction modes for time-sensitive challenges

Player Portal: non-visual alternatives for rank, FP, and progression displays

We are actively addressing these and prioritize accessibility in every development cycle.
- Testing
We test with: screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA), keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom and text scaling, and automated accessibility scanning tools. We plan to engage third-party accessibility auditors [TO BE FILLED IN: by target date].
